About us
Our story
Story of Passion, Growth, and Dedication
Founded over 25 years ago by Ariel Pattugalan, we’re a family-run Canberra business built on a simple principle — our customers have to live in the spaces we clean. So, do the job properly, every time.
That approach still drives how we operate today.
We pride ourselves on the work we do with homeowners, tenants, property managers, and businesses across Canberra. With an emphasis on delivering cleaning that's not only consistent, but in a way that relieves stress for our clients. So, we've developed a structured system designed to produce consistent, inspection-ready results.
Originally specializing in professional carpet cleaning, we have expanded our teams and capabilites to cover more job types. So, we created clear checklists and quality processes that allow us to deliver the same standard across different properties without relying on guesswork. Nothing gets missed.
For homeowners,
that meant cleans that felt properly done, without the need of follow-ups.
For agents and businesses,
it meant fewer call-backs, smoother handovers, and a more reliable outcome.
We’ve built our business around making cleaning simple. With clear pricing, reliable scheduling, and clear, friendly communication that keeps everyone in the loop.
We're looking forward to getting to know more Canberran's and are excited to continue improving our service for our community.
